24/07/2008 - Snake Derrick - The Photos
On Saturday 12th July 2008 at T in the Park in Scotland... there was an appearance in the T Break tent at 5pm by SNAKE DERRICK & THE VIPERS!
It was of course Paolo and the boys... In short, Paolo wanted to get a ticket for the event and hang out with his mates... and also, he wanted to play the new songs to people! So, the booking was made and the boys turned up to a packed tent – there was NO room anywhere and the gig was amazing!
Paolo had a special tee shirt printed for the day – he even did the Snake artwork himself! He had a BIG bag of rubber snakes and about 50 ukulele's – all the swag was given out to the crowd at the end of the set! Paolo got the 'Snake Derrick' name from a football game he always plays (Pro-Evolution) and Snake Derrick was a player who scored loads of goals for him and Paolo loved the name!
Paolo played some old songs mixed in with the new and they were very well received! Please don't worry – Snake Derrick & The Vipers will only ever played once... so, if you were there – you were lucky! AND - if you got a tee shirt or a ukulele – you're definitely blessed!
